I am looking for a partner/sponsor that can bring a 750 credit score or higher to the table i am looking to use a hard money to flip some properties in the south east wis. Areas and also get a couple cash flow properties with the dscr loans id be finding all the deals, doing all the leg work I own a gc company so I have plenty of subs to get in and out of a property efficiently
