We’re looking for a licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Real Estate Broker and  Showing Agent who wants consistent hands-on work and a clear path to growing their own investor-focused real estate business.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct buyer, seller, and rental showings

• Perform move-in/move-out walkthroughs and property inspections

• Assist with property onboarding, documentation, and basic maintenance coordination

• Support listing and transaction tasks as needed

• Deliver professional, detail-oriented client and tenant experiences

Who This Is For

• Self-starter with strong follow-through and attention to detail

• Comfortable being both client-facing and hands-on in the field

• Interested in real estate investing, rentals, and long-term wealth building

• Wants mentorship and a runway to grow as an agent (not just open doors forever)

Compensation & Growth

• Primarily commission-based (sales + leasing)

• Per-job or hourly pay for certain showings, inspections, and support tasks

• Competitive fee/split structures designed to help you scale

• Clear path to building your own book of business under an investor-focused brokerage

Logistics

• Flexible, part-time (with option to grow)

• Evenings/weekends required

• Reliable transportation across the Colorado Front Range
