We have obtained Judgement Lien of $1,486,000 on 6 properties. Our counsel retired due to illness and so he couldn't pay the Municipal Claims to obtain the Title to the properties. The replacement attorney also passed away of prostate cancer 2 years old. We need $20,000 another counsel to complete the foreclosure. another $160,000 to pay the Municipal Claims and other expenses to get Title free and sell some of the properties to pay you off. We have a tenant to buy her residence at $180,000.
