Real estate in milwaukee
Hello
My name is Erez and I am an investor from Israel who wants to start working in Milwaukee.
My strategy is to buy and hold. And in the future to refinance and then move on to the next property.
Currently the properties I am looking for are up to 150k arv in a single family home. I am not interested in a specific area and I am willing to look at any deal that suits except in high crime neighborhoods.
I want to build a strong team that wants to work with investors outside the United States and want to think about working long term.
