Hi everyone! My name is Kim Tran! My husband, Gavin, and I are looking for a rental arbitrage opportunity in the Bay Area, CA We currently operate two short-term rentals and are interested in expanding into mid-term rentals where we live.

Our goal is to provide fully furnished housing for travel nurses and insurance stays. If anyone has tips, experience, or can connect us with a leasing agent, or a landlord open to this setup, we would really appreciate it.
