Looking to refinance a recently refinanced property. No seasoning.
We bought a property back in August (Seller Finance) and then renovated it and refinanced 12/31/2025
We'd like to refinance it again at a 75% LTV with our new credit score.
Looking for a lender who is fine with 1-2 month seasoning on a recently refinanced property.
Single Family, the property is worth $150,000, the loan has $75,000 on it.
