Cash Partner Needed
Hi,
I have a property under contract and I am approaching closing at the end of the month. It is in Houston, Texas and the area is East End (77023). I am needing a cash partner to help close the deal, and naturally I am willing to share profits to make it happen. I have a contractor who has done many flips working on the project with me, along with me and my team actively managing the day to day work on this project.
The opportunity is tremendous as there is a home on the lot along with 2 detached apartments. Plenty of equity is on the table to add to the project. The investor will be passive, and I am happy to share the entire strategy along with the numbers for full transparency. The ideal investor should have 40-60K to put down for the investment. Please show proof of funds as well so we do not waste any time.
