Before locking in hard money or using more cash than necessary, it helps to understand what leverage may be available.

We’re a private lender based in New York working with investors across multiple states. Depending on the deal, financing options may include:

  • Up to 95% of the purchase price

  • Up to 100% of rehab costs

  • Asset-based review focused on the property and numbers

  • Short-term structures for fix & flip and value-add projects

The goal is simple: clarity on structure before you move forward.
