I need buyers
I'm a local realtor in the Charlotte area and I speak with homeowners every week who are looking for cash buyers. Some of these homeowners are needing a quick sale before relocating, don't want to fix up the house for the market, or going through life situations that are forcing them to move. Price ranges anywhere from $100k-$1mil.
