Trea, welcome to the BP community. It is great that you already have a few partnership deals under your belt. If you are moving into new development, make sure you are talking to lenders who specifically handle construction and development financing. It is a different underwriting process than standard investment loans. You may also want to connect with an experienced commercial real estate agent and a mortgage broker who understands ground up projects.
