We are a New York–based private lender working with real estate investors across multiple states on a range of investment property transactions.
We are currently reviewing projects in the following categories:
• Ground-up construction with structured draw schedules and flexible capital deployment
• DSCR rental loans up to 80% LTV, with rates starting from 6.25%* in qualifying scenarios
• Fix & Flip financing structured up to 95% of the purchase price and up to 100% of renovation costs in eligible cases*
• Gap and bridge financing for transitional or time-sensitive opportunities
Each transaction is evaluated individually based on property fundamentals, borrower profile, and overall deal structure.
