What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I found this deal through a network of brokers and direct outreach, where we focus on connecting with established operators with solid track records.

How did you finance this deal?

This deal was financed through a combination of private capital and secured debt. The funding structure was designed to keep the risk manageable while providing an attractive return for investors.
