You can now skiptrace LLCs!

Over the years in our own acquisitions business, we kept running into the same issue many of you probably know too well: pulling a strong list, only to realize a large portion of the properties were owned by LLCs or trusts, and there was no clean way to reach the actual decision maker.

Skip tracing individuals is straightforward. Skip tracing LLCs usually isn’t.

Most of the time, it meant pulling business records, identifying officers or managers, then manually looking them up, or hiring a VA to piece it all together. It worked, but it was slow, layered, and more expensive than it needed to be.

We built a tool to simplify that process.

You can now skip trace Florida LLCs, trusts, and individual owners nationwide - all in one place, with one list upload.

No stitching together multiple platforms, no separate VA workflow just to uncover who's behind the entity.

There’s no subscription required, you can use it when you need it and start with as little as 2 entires.

We started with Florida because that’s where we operate and could test it properly, and we’re expanding into additional states soon.

We're operators first, and this came out of solving a real bottleneck in our own pipeline. If reaching decision makers behind LLC-owned properties has been a friction point for you, I'd be genuinely curious how you're handling it today.
