Submit a Deal and See What Financing Structure May Be Available

We’re currently reviewing investment property scenarios for investors across multiple states and evaluating how different projects may be structured.

Depending on the project, financing may include:

Fix & Flip projects with leverage up to 90% of the purchase price and 100% of the rehab* in qualifying cases
DSCR rental loans for purchases or refinances with rates starting around 5.625%* in certain scenarios
Commercial and mixed-use property financing
Ground-up construction, vacant land financing, portfolio transactions, and bridge/gap financing

Each deal is reviewed individually based on the property fundamentals, borrower profile, project scope, and exit strategy.

If you're evaluating a deal, preparing an offer, or simply want to see how the numbers may look, you can share the project details for review.

How it works:

1. Share the basic details of your project (purchase price, rehab budget, ARV, or rental scenario).

   2. We review the scenario and outline a potential structure.

   3. If the deal aligns, we can provide a term sheet and proof of funds for your transaction.

*Investment properties only. Rates, leverage, and program availability depend on borrower qualifications, property type, market conditions, and underwriting approval. This is not a commitment to lend.
