Property Manager needed for Foreign Investor

I am helping a foreign investor to find a reliable Property Manager in the Detroit area (ZIP 48234). It is a SFH that has performed well over the years, but PM is ghosting the owner and needs to switch. Any suggestions for small investors would be highly appreciated. Even though this is for one SFH, it can also entice another investor with 8 additional properties in the area.
