🍅 Looking for honest feedback from investors

Hey Biggerpockets! I am a buy-and-hold investor (4 doors) and engineer for my day job. I felt like I was spending a lot of time living in spreadsheets and manually reviewing emails, photos, and other details to ultimately understand: Does this deal work for me? If you're like me, you probably get tons of emails from wholesalers and realtors, there's just too many to parse through!

So I started building a tool (estomato.com) where you can upload property photos or forward a wholesaler/agent email and it auto-pulls the photos and deal info. It gives you back a deal grade, rehab estimate, ARV, and cash flow numbers — basically a fast first-pass on whether a deal is worth your time. I've used it to analyze hundreds of deals already and am working on improving it every day.

I'm early and building this solo, so I'd really love honest feedback:

- Does the output match your gut on deals you've already done?
