Seeking investor focused CPA

Hello fellow investors!

I've recently set up a corporate structure and need an investor focused CPA. I am bootstrapping the business and need to keep cost a consideration. I am inheriting a property from my late father and am going to transfer it to a NY LLC. I need help with knowing what is and isn't a write off thru the year and I will be using property management software synced to quickbooks.
