Comparing Funding Options for Your Next Investment Property

Posted

Many real estate investors spend a lot of time analyzing the property - ARV, rehab costs, rental comps, and exit strategy. Another part of the equation is simply making sure the financing structure makes sense for the deal.

One of the things we help investors with is exploring different lending options through our network of lending partners. Depending on the project, investors often look at things like:

• Short-term financing for fix & flip projects
DSCR loans for rental properties
• Bridge financing when timing matters
• Refinance options after a property is stabilized

Some investors reach out when they’re under contract, while others just want to see what financing might look like before submitting offers.

If you’re currently running numbers on a property and want to compare possible funding options, feel free to send a message with a few basics about the deal (property type, purchase price, and state). Happy to take a look. 👍

Always interesting to see what kinds of projects investors here are working on. 🏡
