Start the Week With the Right Deal Structure

Happy Monday, investors!

At the start of the week, many investors are reviewing new opportunities and running numbers.

In practice, most deals come down to a few fundamentals — leverage, timeline, and exit. If those are aligned, the project tends to move forward with fewer surprises. If not, even strong properties can become difficult to execute.

A significant amount of time is often spent on deals that look promising initially but do not hold up once the structure is clearly defined.

We’ve been reviewing a range of investment scenarios recently, and the difference is usually in how the deal is structured from the beginning.

If you’re working through a deal this week and want clarity around the structure, feel free to share the details.
