We are a single family home construction builder that runs primarly on private notes. A good majority of our investors have been with us long term are now to the age where they are retiring from investing. We are actively looking to partner with new investors.
We offer great returns from 12- 16 percent, 3 points, monthly payments, 1st position notes and mortgages as well as additional collateral depending on the note size.
We offer 3, 6, 12 month notes.
