I’ve been analysing a lot of Section 8 deals recently and kept running into the same issue, on the surface they look great, but once you break everything down properly, a lot of them don’t actually work.

After getting tired of doing it manually every time, I built a tool that analyses deals instantly and gives a full breakdown (cashflow, costs, risk factors, etc).

It’s still early, so I’m looking for a few people to test it with real deals and give honest feedback.
