I’m currently looking to connect with wholesalers and brokers who have off-market multifamily opportunities.

We’re actively acquiring deals that fit the following criteria:

Asset Type: Multifamily (no single family or small portfolios)
Unit Count: 75–300 units (same property)
Class: B & C
Occupancy: 80%+
Purchase Price: $10M–$20M
Target Returns: 7–10% cap with strong value-add potential
Strategy: Light to moderate repositioning, rent growth, refinance or exit in 3–5 years

We have capital + financing aligned and are actively looking to place deals.
