Rental Property Financing Options Worth Exploring

Hey BP community, sharing this in case it’s helpful to anyone working on a deal or planning their next one.

I work alongside a brokerage that connects real estate investors with lenders offering financing options for rental properties, including DSCR programs where loan qualification may be based on the property's income.

Some investors we’ve spoken with recently were looking to:
• Pick up additional rental units 📈
• Refinance to improve cash flow
• Explore options outside traditional income-based loans

Not every option fits every scenario, but it can be useful to see what’s available especially if you’re actively investing or planning your next move.

If you’re curious or want to compare options, feel free to reach out 👍
