Looking to Hire Part Time Remote Lead Follow up manager
Hey guys,
I have a bunch of older direct mail leads that have been sitting in my CRM for a while and I’m struggling to keep up with follow-up.
Looking to bring someone on part time, even just a few days a week, to help with follow-ups and setting appointments.
This would mostly be working inside REsimpli. Primarily calling, some texting. Just staying on top of leads, keeping conversations going, and helping move things toward an appointment and eventually an offer. No cold calling lists or anything like that, these are all people who have already come in as leads.
Looking for someone who:
• Is comfortable talking to people (some sales experience helps)
• Has interest in and some knowledge of real estate investing
• Is reliable and can navigate a simple CRM without issues
Schedule is pretty flexible. Ideally a couple hours a few afternoons a week, probably somewhere in the 4–6pm range, but generally sometime during or shortly after business hours.
This can be remote, but if you know the Lehigh Valley market that’s definitely a plus.
Pay is base plus commission.
Honestly this is the kind of experience I wish I had when I was first getting into real estate. Sales and marketing have been the lifeblood of my business the past few years and what’s allowed me to scale.
