I currently own a tenant-occupied single-family home in Sienna that I’m considering selling. The property has a reliable tenant in place since 2018 who pays $2,600/month and has never missed or been late on a payment. She would ideally like to remain in the home, making this a great turnkey opportunity for an investor seeking immediate and consistent rental income.
