AI Agent to Help Accountants and Bookkeepers
I originally posted my idea on BP a few months ago. I had an idea for a bookkeeping AI agent that could speed up all the tedious data entry parts of doing books. I would get property management statements that had 30+ line items and had to keep up with each expense by unit and enter all the descriptions. As I worked through the problem I realized that my target user might be someone who runs a bookkeeping operation. Ideally it's a tool that could help a bookkeeping business go from handling 50 clients with 2 employees to 200 without having to increase head count.
The app is still in its infancy and I have more features to come to continue making it better. I created a couple of short videos to highlight some of the most interesting features. I'm still learning and wanting to make this better so please give me any feedback. Even if you never see a product like this working for you or helping your business that's important feedback for me to get.
