STR Bookkeeping & Back-Office System Built by a Host (Free Plan Available)

I've been a short-term rental host for 9+ years and ran into the same issue many investors here talk about and there's no clean system built specifically for STR bookkeeping.

Most tools are either:

  • built for traditional businesses (QuickBooks)
  • focused on long-term rentals (Stessa, REI tools)
  • or rely heavily on spreadsheets

Once you have multiple properties, things get messy fast tracking expenses, organizing receipts, understanding true property-level performance, and getting ready for taxes.

Because of that, I ended up building a system for my own portfolio that handles:

  • Property-level income & expense tracking
  • AI receipt capture (quick logging)
  • Real P&L per property
  • Schedule E ready organization
  • Document and contractor tracking

It’s designed to work alongside your existing PMS (Hospitable, Guesty, etc.), not replace it.

I’ve been using it myself and recently opened it up for other hosts.

There’s a free plan (1 property) if anyone wants to try it out:
