Seeking true private cash investors seeking to make a premium return on their investments. We are a local home builder that operates mainly on private investor funds. We are paying returns at 15 percent and above , 3-5 points on 6 -12 month notes.
All deals are backed with 1st position collateral as well as additional collateral. Title insurance is provided for all deals as well as a note and open ended mortgage.
