Acquisitions Specialist — Remote, Commission-Based
Who We Are- We're a real estate wholesaling operation with active lead flow across 9+ states (Iowa, Texas, Colorado, California, Arizona, New Mexico, North Carolina, Washington, and growing). We have more qualified leads than we can handle and need someone to work them. We have the ability to scale up, and add any markets within 48 hours depending on what you're looking to do and where you have familiarity investing/wholesaling.
The Role- You'll be the first point of contact with motivated sellers. You're calling warm leads (not cold calling), qualifying them, running comps and numbers, making offers, and getting contracts signed. Full SOP and deal calculators are provided — you're not figuring this out alone.
What You're Doing Day-to-Day- Calling inbound leads within 10 minutes of them hitting the CRM- Qualifying sellers (motivation, timeline, condition, price expectations)- Running comps (Zillow, BatchLeads, PropStream) and repair estimates- Making offers using our calculators and negotiation framework- Getting contracts signed and moving deals to closing
What We Provide- Warm, qualified leads, you are NOT sourcing or paying for leads- CRM (RESimpli) with full pipeline management- Deal calculators, comp guides, and a step-by-step SOP- Dispo support, we handle finding buyers and closing- Training and support during ramp-up
Compensation- Commission-based: percentage of each closed deal you bring to contract- Realistic earning potential: $5,000–$15,000+/month depending on volume and deal size- No cap on earnings
Who We're Looking For- You've closed at least 5 wholesale deals on your own (non-negotiable — we need someone who understands rehab estimates and seller conversations)- You can estimate rehab costs with reasonable accuracy- You're comfortable on the phone and can talk to distressed sellers with confidence- You're self-motivated — this is remote, nobody is watching your screen- You have your own computer, phone, and internet- You can commit to working leads consistently (not a "when I feel like it" gig)
What This Is NOT- This is not cold calling. Leads are warm and inbound.- This is not a mentorship or training program. You need baseline experience.- This is not a W2 job. This is 1099 independent contractor.
