Short-term rental deals are starting to open up again in a more practical way.
A few things that stand out:
- Short-term rental scenarios allowed in supported markets
- Up to 80% of projected income (AirDNA-supported markets)
- Minimum FICO starting at 660
- Reduced DSCR requirements depending on profile

Lower reserve requirements:
- 6 months (U.S. borrowers)
- 9 months (foreign nationals)
- Expanded liquidity options, including cash-out and HELOCs
Small adjustments in reserves, DSCR, or structure can completely change whether a deal works.
