Need a Handyman
I'm in the Charlotte area and I have a few rental properties I manage on my own. There are times where I need a handyman - like a carpenter to do wood work and someone that can do minor sheet rock work - stuff like that. For example, right now I've got a ceiling that needs repair from some prior awarded damage and I have a door that needs to be cut about 2 cm from the bottom because I got a new floor install and is rubbing a little bit.
