How We Typically Review and Structure Deals

If you’re working on a deal and wondering how the process looks on our side, here’s a quick breakdown.

When someone sends us a scenario, we usually go through it in a few steps:

• Review the property, credit score, and exit strategy
• Look at experience and overall deal strength
• Outline how the financing could be structured

From there, if it fits:

• We put together a term sheet and provide a proof of funds if needed
Decide how you want to proceed
Move forward when you're ready

You don’t need a full package upfront. In most cases, we can start with basic details and build from there.

Some investors send deals early just to see how they could be structured before committing.

If you’re analyzing something now, feel free to share your scenario and we can take a look.
