Pricing is a skill.

Anyone can drop prices. Not everyone can price strategically.

Dropping your rate feels like action.

But most of the time, it’s just a reaction.

This is one of the most common issues I step in to fix for hosts.

They lower prices to fill gaps

but end up reducing their overall profit.

So instead of guessing, I help them:

  • understand their demand
  • break down their numbers
  • adjust pricing with a clear strategy

The result?

Stronger bookings.
Better guests.
More profit.

Because pricing should be intentional, not a panic decision.
