Have a deal you’re looking at this week?

If you're reviewing a fix & flip or rental scenario, one thing that’s been helping investors lately is structuring deals in a way that keeps more cash available upfront while still keeping the exit clean.

We’ve recently rolled out new programs, especially for fix & flip, designed for both experienced and first-time investors. Depending on the deal, there are ways to structure higher leverage with rehab funds built into the project and flexibility based on the asset itself.

Not every deal will qualify, but having more than one option can make a big difference when you're trying to move quickly or scale.

If you’re working on something now, feel free to share the numbers.
