I have a property in the Seattle neighborhood of Queen Anne that is an infill development opportunity. It’s a small site we’ve repositioned into a 3-unit condo concept—about 1,200 square feet per unit.

We hit a utility upgrade requirement, which is why I’m looking for a partner to take on permitting and build. The numbers still work well—comps are in the $850K to $1M range per unit.
