General Contractor Looking for Investment Opportunities

I am a California Licensed General Contractor with all aspects of construction knowledge and experience looking to partner with a like minded Investor. I am not looking for an investor to hire me, I am looking for an investor to partner with me. I will provide the sweat equity and the knowledge to build new, renovate or add space with a percentage of the profits on the sale or on the rental.
