Exploring indoor golf simulator concept — open to feedback and connections

I’m currently in the early stages of developing an indoor golf simulator lounge concept (One More Round) in Maryland and working through site selection, layout, and buildout planning.

The model is centered around simulator rentals, leagues, and private events, with a focus on creating a consistent, year-round revenue stream.

As I continue to refine the numbers and evaluate spaces, I’m open to connecting with others who have experience with similar concepts or who have been involved in launching entertainment or hospitality-based businesses.
