Lead Inspectors South County Rhode Island

Any recommendations for lead inspectors in  Southern RI?  The one we use now is getting difficult. A lot of back and forth on the state registration last time, little availability.  They pretty much want to tell us when they can come, take it or leave it.   And they don't answer the phone, just respond by email.
