Creative Finance Needed
I have tried with traditional lenders with no avail. I understand that the LTV ratio does not meet the qualifications. But I am looking for a Personal Investor that can assist with this situation. I made a mistake in this process but want to keep moving forward with finalizing this with Hard Money Lender and then moving forward on other BRRR's. Please read below, Thanks. Assistance Please! I have a property that I sold on a Land Deal. But, I still need to pay off the Hard Money Lender, Kiavi ($105K). I need a Private Lender who can give me a Loan to pay off the HML. I still hold the Title until they pay off the property. They agreed to a 5 year plan with Interest & Amortization. I am receiving $1000 a month from new owners. I have tried multiple lenders with no success because I sold the property before I set this up correctly. If you can really help with real private lender to pay off the HML please contact me.
