I'm based in Atlanta and currently looking to partner on a short-term rental (Airbnb/STR) opportunity.

My goal is to get a unit up and running within the next few weeks to take advantage of upcoming summer demand and major events in the area.

What I bring:

• Local presence in Atlanta (on-the-ground support)

• Strong communication and organization (guest messaging, coordination, etc.)

• Focus on maximizing bookings during high-demand periods

• Financial readiness to contribute toward setup, supplies, or support the right deal

I’m open to:

• Co-hosting existing properties

• Partnering on a new STR setup

• Supporting out-of-state investors who need a reliable local operator
