Building a comprehensive STR analysis tool - would love feedback!

I recently launched my STR analysis tool, STRunderground.com. Paste any Zillow link and it automatically pulls real Airbnb comps (ie. accurate occupancy rates and ADRs), regulatory guidance, flood/hazard risks, seasonality patterns, and gives you an honest score and verdict. You can use the default inputs or update them to reflect your investment strategy (ex. removing property management fee, updating down payment %). Also has AI chat that has the full context of the deal to ask questions about the investment.

So far I've gotten some very positive and helpful feedback. Most recently: "I just tried out your tool on my two cabins and it's super accurate!"

I hope to continue building this out as the most comprehensive and accurate STR deal analysis tool on the market at a very reasonable monthly price. Would love any feedback you have! Thanks in advance.
