Contractor for Walkthroughs!
Hello all,
I am looking to purchase my second investment property. I have my eyes on a bank owned house and am aiming to place an all cash, quick close offer i hopes of being able to drop the price just a tad further. But I need to get a really good sense of rehab costs after purchase. Any contractors on here who would be willing to walk the property with me, give me an estimate on repair costs and then do the work if/once the offer is accepted?
