• Max 70% Loan-to-Value (LTV)
• 1st lien position: 15%+ yield (can be achieved through discounting)
• 2nd lien position: 30%+ yield (can be achieved through discounting)
• Non-owner occupied preferred (owner-occupied considered for higher yields)
