I've spent the last few years as an active real estate investor working with different agents across markets. One thing that always frustrated me was the lack of a clean, professional way for agents to share and analyze deals with me. Most of the time it was spreadsheets, ugly PDFs, links to dropbox folders, or generic Zillow/MLS links.
So I built PropMetrics, a private, fully branded client portal that agents can give to their investor clients. Think Realscout but for investor focused agents.
What it includes:
- Full MLS search (single-family, 2-4 unit multifamily, etc.)
- Built-in analysis tools so clients can run their own projections
- A dedicated off-market section where you can share pocket listings or deals you’re working on
- A clean, professional experience that makes you look like the go-to investor agent
The goal is simple: give your investor clients a single place to search active listings, analyze deals themselves, and stay engaged — while you keep full control and branding.
I’m currently running a closed beta and looking for 10–15 investment-focused agents who work primarily with investors and would be willing to test it for 2–3 months in exchange for honest feedback.
