Lender Needed/Owner Occupied

Good afternoon,

This is what I have. I am an agent. I have a client who cannot get financed traditionally, and looking for options.

No Credit score, has SSN, flush with cash(but does not deposit all earnings, so no BSL), owner occupied. 

Anyone have any options to get them a loan? Thank you!
