Newbie to Real Estate

Hi, I'm new to this platform and to real estate investing. My only education in the subject is reading Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", watching various YouTube channels of supposed gurus and purchasing online courses from seemingly legit entrepreneurs and investment experts. Currently, I'm just an affiliate of a lender named Rick Melero with "HIS Capital" and can only offer a referral link to investors seeking capital to fund their deals. My goal is to become an official Lender/Partner of HIS Capital to legally and professionally market myself as a Private Money Lender. To accomplish this, investors would need to use my referral link to seek funding from HIS Capital and I would receive the monthly interest payments. There is an initial investment required to become a lender with HIS Capital so I would just need to essentially keep referring people to my link and build up enough revenue from that to be able to make an investment into my own lending business. Any advice on how to position myself as a trusted resource to investors (w/o spamming!) who could benefit from using my referral link to apply for private money loans from HIS Capital? P.S.- I'm also able to purchase mortgage notes from note holders with this referral link as well.
