I’m looking to connect with an investor-friendly real estate attorney in the Oklahoma City metro who has experience structuring and reviewing subject-to deals and other creative financing transactions.

Specifically looking for someone familiar with:

• Subject-to acquisitions
• Seller finance
• Wrap mortgages
• Trusts / LLC structuring
• Proper disclosures and Oklahoma-specific compliance

I’m wanting to build a long term relationship with an attorney who understands creative finance from an investor’s perspective, not just traditional retail transactions.
