Nobody Talks About the Deals That Never Happened

Everyone shares the win. The flip that went perfectly. The rental that cash flows from day one. The portfolio that keeps growing.

Nobody talks about the deal that slipped because financing fell through. The property that made sense on paper but couldn't get funded in time. The investor who had the right deal and the wrong lender.

That's actually the more common story.

Most investors aren't losing because they can't find deals. They're losing because they don't have the right financing relationship in place before the opportunity shows up.

The investors I see close consistently have one thing figured out before everything else — they know exactly how their next deal is getting funded.

Is your financing ready for your next opportunity, or are you figuring it out deal by deal?
