I provide property operation and maintenance services that include:

• Full cleaning between stays
• General property inspection
• Coordination of basic maintenance (light plumbing, minor electrical work, etc.)
• Preparing the unit for the next guest
• Operational detail management to keep the property in excellent condition

Additional services I offer include more than just cleaning, such as basic electrical work, pressure washing, and other maintenance tasks as needed.

Pricing depends on the size of the property and how often it’s used, but I can adjust it to either a fixed rate per turnover or a monthly agreement based on what works best for you.
