Houston Agent Looking to Connect With Active Investors
Hi everyone,
My name is Cameron Lewis. I’m a real estate agent based in Houston, Texas, and I’m building my foundation as a real estate investor.
I’m looking to connect with active investors in the Houston area who are open to sharing experience, allowing me to learn through real deal exposure, and potentially collaborating on opportunities.
My focus right now is learning deal analysis, understanding how underwriting works in practice, and getting consistent exposure to live transactions. I’m actively studying deals and building my pipeline through my real estate license, but I’m looking to learn directly from people already doing consistent volume.
I can also bring value through deal sourcing, local MLS access, and helping identify opportunities that may fit investor criteria. I'm open to contributing where there's alignment, including equity participation when appropriate.
